Spreadies – Your Path to Splits Mastery!
No pre-requisites required—this class is for everyone, no matter your current strength or flexibility level! If hitting those dream splits is on your goals list, then Spreadies is your ultimate cross-training tool.
Splits work isn’t just about sitting in deep stretches—we’re here to build the strength and mobility needed to achieve and sustain flexibility safely. In this class, you’ll flow through targeted mobility drills, dynamic stretches, and muscle-strengthening exercises designed to support your splits journey. Expect a mix of yoga poses, active flexibility work, and yin-inspired holds to help lengthen tight muscles while reinforcing stability.

Bring a yoga mat and a block if you have your own, and get ready to stretch, strengthen, and unlock your full range of motion!
This class takes place:
South Edmonton location – Mondays at 11:05am and 6:10pm
Kingsway location – Fridays at 6:00pm
St. Albert – Saturdays at 4:00pm

Ensure you’re in the correct location, click “Book Now” and search for the class, or click on the date of the class to register!
Please note that the app is more user-friendly than the website, with options to fill out the waiver form directly on there, direct chat with admin, chats with the classes you are registered in, and the ability to check out upcoming 6-week and single session classes.
If you are planning on taking multiple classes, we recommend making yourself comfortable with the app, and all of the amazing features it has combined with our Aradia programming.
