Pole — Levels 1 to 5+
Our signature progressive program. Build strength, technique, and confidence one level at a time. Brand new? Start with a Level 1 series — 6 weeks, one hour a week, $165 + GST.
Poleflow
Where strength meets choreography — fluid, expressive movement that ties your tricks together into something beautiful. A favourite once you've found your feet.
Aerial Yoga & Hoop
Take it off the floor. Aerial yoga for length, release, and gentle inversions, plus limited aerial hoop sessions for the high-flyers. Safe, supported, and beginner-friendly.
Liquid Motion
A floor-based movement class focused on control, transitions, and sensual flow — the perfect complement to your pole training.
Spreadies
Targeted flexibility and active mobility work to open up your splits, backbends, and shoulders — so every apparatus feels within reach.
Happy Shoulders
A recovery and conditioning session built to keep your shoulders strong and injury-free through all that pole and aerial training.
