Sessions are available at both our South (6009 86 St NW, Edmonton) and Kingsway (26 Airport Road) locations. We offer flexible scheduling, including daytime, weekend, and weekday evening options to accommodate your busy wedding planning. Please note that weekday evenings are typically busy with Aradia Fitness programming between the hours of 6 and 9pm. 4:30pm and 5pm timeslots for weekday evenings are available.

Your first session can be booked over the phone or via email, and the remaining sessions can be scheduled directly with your instructor and our front desk team based on everyone’s availability.
