Private Parties

Did you know you can schedule a private class with Aradia Fitness for any occasion? Celebrate a birthday or bachelorette; create a one-of-a-kind team-building event for your employees!

Parties can be customized to you & your group’s interest or event theme. Our most popular topics include Pole Dancing and Chair Dance.

One Hour Party for up to 10 participants$265 plus tax – 1 hr*There is a charge of $25 extra per participant in parties exceeding 10.

One and a Half Hour Party for up to 10 participants (Pole and Chair Dance combination)

$375 plus tax – 1.5 hours(This option is also recommended for parties that exceed 14 participants in a single party apparatus, in order to ensure everybody gets ample time learning their new skill)*There is a charge of $35 extra per participant in parties exceeding 10.

            

The Ultimate Party Package

3 Hour booking (4-7pm)

Saturdays only, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Price: $650 for up to 10 participants ($40/person). Additional guests: $70/person (payable on the day). Please notify us if you expect extra participants!

Schedule
4:00 PM – 4:15 PM: Arrival & Welcome

  • Greeted by your party hostess, facility tour, and locker setup. (Overnight storage available)

4:15 PM – 5:45 PM: Main Activity

  • Private session with a professional instructor. Expect fun, bonding, and empowerment for all skill levels!

5:45 PM – 7:00 PM: Games, Drinks & Prep for a Night Out

  • Head to the lounge area for drinks (complimentary non-alcoholic or BYOB). Enjoy décor, games, and prep with showers and saunas available. Lockers for overnight storage.

7:00 PM: Time to Hit the Town!

Kids' Aerial or Dance Party

Saturdays 1-3pm

Looking for a unique and exciting way to celebrate your child’s birthday? Our Kids Aerial or Dance Party is the perfect way to make their special day unforgettable!

Party Details

  • Saturdays from 1:00pm – 3:00pm
  • Choose between a Kids Aerial Class or Dance Class
  • Full access to our upstairs party space after the class for cake, gifts, and fun

What's Included?

  • Napkins, plates, cups, and spoons provided
  • Each child gets to choose a drink: bubbly, pop, or water
  • Bring your own food, cake, and decorations to personalize the space

Extras & Customization

  • Parents can arrive early to decorate! Access the party space from 11:00am onward for just $30
  • Want a themed dance party? Let us know your child’s favorite songs or theme

Pricing

  • $315 + GST for 10 kids
  • Additional kids: $35 each

Once we have confirmed availability, we will require a full NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book your spot. This deposit is non-refundable - however, you can reschedule your party to another date until 14 days before your chosen date.
