6 Week Sessions
To register for a class, you must download the Groovio app to your smart device. Search for Aradia Fitness and click the location you wish to attend. You can not register for classes from the website.
Our Pole and Aerial (Hoop, Silks, and Trapeze) classes are level-based programs, starting at Level 1. Each level is 6 weeks long, one hour per week.

Our workshops are designed to develop a specific skill or advanced move that we just don’t have time to cover in our normal classes. These aren’t part of our normal class rotation, so keep an eye on the scheduling calendar to see when these are available.
