Pole
Put a new spin on fitness with Aradia Fitness’ signature pole dancing for fitness classes. Our structured curriculums will take you from day one all the way to advanced, with a focus on both fun and safety.
If you are new to Pole or Aerial Hoop, you will start at Pole 101 or Aerial Hoop Level 1. Each level is 6 weeks long, one hour per week. To register for a class, you will need to download the Schedulehouse App to your smart device. Search for Aradia Fitness, click the location that works best for you, and click the “Class Sessions and Workshops” tab to find an upcoming class.
Aerial
We offer Aerial Hoop at our Whyte Ave and Sherwood Park locations. Aerial Yoga is offered at our Sherwood Park location.
