Step into an evening of soft, sultry movement designed to help you connect with your body, your confidence, and your inner romantic. This all-levels workshop invites you to explore fluid, grounded choreography at a pace that feels delicious, intentional, and deeply empowering.
Whether you prefer barefoot, socks, heels, or full stripper platform shoes, you’re welcome to wear whatever supports your expression. (Just note: platform shoes will add extra challenge for balance and legwork — but also extra drama!)
If you’d like to add a playful peel-away moment, feel free to bring an optional top you’re comfortable removing — think a T-shirt, button-down, sweater, anything that inspires your own style of tease. There is absolutely no pressure to participate in this portion — it’s simply a fun extra layer for those who want it.
The choreography will be slow, sensual, and intentional, focusing on lines, transitions, and emotional expression. Expect guided warm-ups, clear breakdowns, and a supportive environment where you can explore at your own pace.
Please bring knee pads for comfort during grounded movements.
To celebrate the season of love, we’ll also have a Valentine’s-themed backdrop and mood lighting available at the end of the workshop for optional photos and videos — perfect for capturing your magic.
If you have any questions or accessibility needs, feel free to reach out on Instagram at @elli_pole.
We can’t wait to move with you.
