Mom & Baby Pole – Strength, Connection & Confidence
Reconnect with your body, rebuild your strength, and share a beautiful movement journey with your baby in this nurturing 6-week session of Mom & Baby Pole. No prior experience is needed—this class is thoughtfully designed for new moms easing back into fitness and movement.
Led by Danielle, a skilled pole instructor and new mom herself, each 75-minute class blends beginner-friendly pole technique with moments of bonding, rest, and community. From graceful spins to foundational holds, you’ll gradually work toward a gentle, empowering routine that honors your postpartum journey.
Mom & Baby Pole flows at a baby-friendly pace. Feedings, diaper changes, and cuddle breaks are welcome at any time—we support your rhythm, not interrupt it.

👶 Must be at least 4 months postpartum & cleared for deep core exercise
