Ready to level up your movement skills? Martial Arts Movement is a 6-week progressive session designed to build strength, agility, and control through a blend of boxing, kickboxing, kung fu/wushu, and circus conditioning. Each week, you’ll build upon the fundamentals, refining your technique while increasing endurance and coordination.
Beyond physical conditioning, you’ll also sharpen mental focus and coordination, learning to be present while moving with intention. Plus, hitting the bags is a great way to relieve stress!
