Looking for a flexible way to build strength, agility, and coordination? Martial Arts Movement is now available as a drop-in session, allowing you to join whenever it fits your schedule. This class blends boxing, kickboxing, kung fu/wushu, and circus conditioning to help you move with power and precision while improving endurance and mobility.

Perfect for all experience levels, this session offers a fun and challenging way to enhance your athletic performance, cross-train for other activities, or simply try something new. No commitment—just drop in and train!

South Edmonton Location- Friday April 11th at 6:00pm

The easiest way to register is by downloading the Groovio app!

If downloading an app isn’t your thing, you can still book your class through our Groovio student website. Just make sure you’ve selected the correct location, then click “Book Now” to find your class or choose a specific date to register.

While the website works, we highly recommend using the Groovio app for a smoother experience. The app allows you to fill out waiver forms, chat directly with admin, connect with classmates, and easily check upcoming 6-week sessions and single classes.
