Journey to Handstands – Strength, Balance & Inversion Confidence
Ready to defy gravity and flip your world upside down? Journey to Handstands is a 6-week all-levels series designed to help you safely and confidently explore handstands—whether you’re brand new to inversions or working toward holding a freestanding handstand.
This class is all about building the tools and mindset needed to succeed upside down. Each week, you’ll be guided through carefully structured exercises that focus on developing the foundational strength, mobility, and body awareness required for handstands. You’ll learn to understand your body in space, improve alignment, and feel supported—by both the wall and your fellow classmates.
Led by a knowledgeable and encouraging coach, Journey to Handstands is perfect for those who love a challenge, want to try something new, and are ready to celebrate progress (even the wobbly kind!).

✨ Wall-supported and partner-assisted handstand holds
