Journey to Backbends– Flexibility, Control & Confidence

Ready to take your flexibility practice to the next level? Journey to backbends is designed to help you safely explore deeper backbends while building the strength and mobility needed for long-term progress and injury prevention.

In this class, you’ll focus on activating your core, opening your shoulders, and using breathwork to support control in challenging shapes. Through guided progressions and technique-focused drills, you’ll work toward powerful backbending poses like wheel, scorpion, and back walkovers—whether you’re just beginning or deepening your practice.

This isn’t just about flexibility—it’s about learning how to safely expand your range of motion, overcome mental blocks, and elevate your entire movement practice.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga wheel recommended but not required – Limited wheels available at the studio; bring your own if you have one.
⚠️ Contraindications: Not recommended for those with spinal injuries, scoliosis, herniation, or related conditions.
