Ballet Fundamentals – Strength, Grace & Posture
Discover the beauty, discipline, and benefits of classical ballet in this 6-week Ballet Fundamentals series—designed specifically for adults of all experience levels. Whether you’re brand new to ballet or returning after time away, this class is a supportive and empowering way to explore movement with grace and intention.
Ballet isn’t just about elegance—it builds strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. This class also positively supports performance in other dance and fitness practices, making it a fantastic complement to aerial arts, pole, barre, and more.
In this series, you’ll be guided through foundational ballet technique with a focus on posture, alignment, and fluidity. Each class will incorporate barre work and center-floor exercises to develop body awareness, balance, and musicality.
Our goal is to make ballet accessible, enjoyable, and beneficial for every body. Come move, sweat, and stretch while building a deeper connection with your body—no tutu required!
