Beats & Barbells – EDM + Strength Training

Beats & Barbells is a guided, full-body strength training class that uses barbells, free weights, and machines to help you get stronger and more confident in the gym.

If you’ve ever walked into a gym and felt overwhelmed or unsure where to start, this class is for you. We take out the guesswork with a fully programmed workout and supportive instruction — you’ll learn how to use equipment safely and effectively, at your own pace, with a coach who’s got your back.

We lift together to curated EDM playlists, with time to breathe, connect, and rest when you need to.

– A structured strength workout, already planned for you
– Guided support using gym equipment (barbells, cables, dumbbells, etc.)
– A chill, community vibe where everyone is welcome
– High-energy EDM tracks to help you move and stay present
