Liquid Motion – Offered at St. Albert
No experience necessary! This class is designed for all fitness levels, using the Liquid Motion method to explore grounded movement, floor work, and sensual flow. Developed by Jeni Janover, Liquid Motion has redefined how we teach and experience sensual movement, making it accessible and empowering for all. You’ll learn fundamental techniques that translate across all types of movement disciplines, helping you build fluidity, control, and confidence.
Liquid Motion Pole – Offered at St. Albert
Take your Liquid Motion skills to the next level! This pole choreography-based class blends floor work, pole sits, climbs, and inverts with the signature Liquid Motion flow. You’ll also work on conditioning exercises to build strength for inverts and leg hangs. This class is open to all levels and welcomes every body! Let Liquid Motion Pole transform the way you move and connect with your body.
Liquid Motion Heels – Offered at St. Albert
Elevate your movement—literally! Liquid Motion Heels introduces the art of dancing in heels while staying true to the method’s core principles. You’ll explore sensual transitions, seamless movement, and confidence-building techniqueswhile treating heels as an extension of your body. Prior experience with Liquid Motion is required before enrolling in this class (minimum of five Liquid Motion sessions). If unsure about prerequisites, email edmonton@aradiafitness.com for guidance.

Please note that the app is more user-friendly than the website, with options to fill out the waiver form directly on there, direct chat with admin, chats with the classes you are registered in, and the ability to check out upcoming 6-week and single session classes.
