Whether you’re a pole student or simply looking to care for your body, this practice offers the perfect blend of strength and release.

The easiest way to register is through the Groovio app!
If you’d rather not download an app, you can still register through our Groovio student website here. Just make sure you’ve selected the correct location, click “Book Now”, and either search for the class or choose the date you’d like to attend.
While the website works great, the Groovio app is designed to be more user-friendly. It allows you to fill out waiver forms, chat directly with admins, connect with classmates, and explore upcoming six-week and single-session courses—all in one place.
If you plan to take multiple classes, we highly recommend getting familiar with the app to make the most of its features, which are fully integrated with our Aradia programming.
