Step, shuffle, and stomp your way into the world of beginner tap dance! Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned dancer looking to dust off your skills, this 6-week tap series is designed to get you moving, grooving, and making some serious noise—one step at a time.
No tap shoes? No problem! If you’re not ready to commit just yet, you can start in indoor runners or even barefoot—though we promise, the rhythmic tippity-tap is half the fun! Tap dancing is an amazing way to improve coordination, strengthen your lower body, and develop musicality while having an absolute blast.
Each 55-minute class meets once a week, providing the perfect opportunity to build confidence, refine technique, and learn exciting tap rhythms. From basic shuffles and time steps to fun combinations that will have you feeling like a Broadway star, this series focuses on foundational movements, footwork patterns, and dynamic routines that make tap dance so exciting.
Miss a class? While we don’t offer alternative tap sessions, we understand that life happens! That’s why we allow you to swap your missed class for a drop-in class at Aradia within two weeks—because the rhythm never stops!
