Pole Flow – Confidence, Strength & Fluidity

Class Description:

Unlock your creativity and build confidence with Pole Flow, a class designed to help you explore fluid movement, seamless transitions, and expressive dance on and off the pole. This class focuses on linking movements together, incorporating graceful spins, floorwork, and body isolations to create a continuous, flowing routine.

You’ll develop strength, endurance, and coordination while refining your ability to move effortlessly between tricks. This class is not just about technique—it’s about self-expression, connection, and embracing the artistry of pole dance. Whether you want to deepen your movement skills or simply find new ways to enjoy pole, this class provides a supportive space to explore and grow.

Please note: Students must have completed at least two rounds of Pole Level 2 (beginner) to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

  • Heels (optional but encouraged)

Class schedule & how to register:

Kingsway Location- Tuesday March 18th at 7:00pm

St. Albert Location- Sunday April 6th at 2:00pm

If downloading apps isn’t your thing, you can still access our scheduling software through the Groovio student website here. Make sure you’re viewing the correct location, then click “Book Now” to search for your class or select the class date to register.

While the website works just fine, we highly recommend using the app for a more user-friendly experience. The app allows you to fill out waiver forms, chat directly with admins, connect with fellow students in your registered classes, and easily browse upcoming 6-week sessions and single classes. If you plan on taking multiple classes, we encourage you to get familiar with the app and all the fantastic features it offers alongside our Aradia programming.
