Open Pole Practice: Perfect Your Pole Skills

Open Pole Practice is the perfect opportunity for students currently enrolled in a 6-week pole session to work independently on skills they have already learned. Whether you’re perfecting spins, practicing transitions, or strengthening your form, this practice session allows you the freedom to focus on movements you’re comfortable with while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Please note that this session is not for learning new movements, but rather refining and building confidence in the skills you’ve already mastered.
What to Expect in Class
During Open Pole Practice, you will:
✔ Refine and practice movements you have previously been taught and are comfortable executing
✔ Receive guidance and support from an instructor who will be present to ensure safety but will not be teaching new movements
✔ Have access to the studio’s equipment to assist in your personal practice
✔ Work on strength, flexibility, and technique with the freedom to explore your own flow

This class is designed for students who are currently enrolled in a 6-week pole session and are comfortable practicing independently. It’s perfect for those who want to continue refining their pole skills in a supportive, solo environment. If you’re looking to work on movements you’re familiar with, this is your time to shine!

If you prefer not to download apps, you can still access our scheduling software through the Groovio student website here. Simply ensure you’re in the correct location, click “Book Now,” search for your class, or select the date to register! Please note that the app offers a more user-friendly experience than the website. It allows you to fill out the waiver form directly, chat with admin, interact with the classes you’re enrolled in, and view upcoming 6-week and single-session classes.
For those planning to attend multiple classes, we recommend getting familiar with the app and exploring its features, which work seamlessly with our Aradia programming.
