Handstands can feel intimidating at first, but with the right approach, they become an exciting and empowering skill to develop. This class focuses on:
✅ Overcoming Fear & Building Confidence – Fear of falling is one of the biggest obstacles in handstand training. We’ll work through safe and effective progressions to help you trust your body and the process.
✅ Shoulder Strength & Mobility – Your shoulders play a crucial role in maintaining balance. We’ll strengthen stabilizing muscles and improve mobility to give you greater control in your handstand practice.
✅ Core Activation & Stacking – A strong core is essential for stability. We’ll practice drills that help engage and align your body, making it easier to find balance upside down.
✅ Hand Placement & Balance Techniques – Small adjustments in hand and finger placement can make all the difference. You’ll learn how to use your hands effectively for better control.
✅ Safe Entries & Exits – We’ll guide you through different ways to kick up, bail safely, and transition in and out of inversions with confidence.
Throughout the class, we’ll explore various headstand and handstand drills, helping you progress at your own pace. Whether your goal is to hold a longer handstand, improve body alignment, or simply have fun exploring inversions, we’ve got you covered!
This class is open to all levels! Beginners will receive modifications and guided progressions, while those with more experience can refine their technique and build endurance.
