Pole Fitness at Aradia

Our pole fitness program is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and fluidity in movement. Each level runs for six weeks, with one-hour classes per week. The total cost is $165 plus GST.

Start at Pole 1

Pole 1 is our foundational course, where you’ll learn the essential techniques needed to progress safely and effectively. No prior pole experience is required—even if you have a background in dance or gymnastics, it’s crucial to start here to ensure you’re learning proper form and not holding back the pace of the class.

Progress at Your Own Pace

After completing Level 1, you’ll move into Level 2 and continue your journey. Some levels may need to be repeated—this is completely normal! Certain movements require extra time to develop the necessary strength and control, and repeating a level ensures you’re building a strong foundation.

How Many Levels Are There?

Our pole program consists of five foundational levels, but the learning never stops! Pole and aerial arts are constantly evolving, offering endless possibilities for new tricks, combos, and styles to explore.

Once you’ve completed Level 5, you can continue your journey with our Expert Series—specialized high-level classes led by our experienced instructors. Each instructor brings their own unique strengths and expertise, offering advanced training tailored to different styles and skill sets.

Clients who are a first-time visitor to Aradia Fitness, but already have pole dance experience, please Contact Us prior to your first class for an email consultation & level placement. We welcome pole enthusiasts from near & far to train with us at Aradia Fitness!  Also, if you’ve had more than a 2 month break from pole, you may want to level down for just a few classes to ensure your strength is still on pace for your current level.
