Your favourite cross-training class! This class is designed to help you build strength through your furthest range of motion, allowing you to safely increase flexibility while staying strong and injury-free. Perfect for all levels and a fantastic addition to any aerial or fitness routine!

Happy ShouldersOffered at Kingsway & South

Unleash the potential of your shoulders! This class helps you break free from the tightness caused by desk work or overhead training, making it ideal for aerialists, students, and professionals. Through dynamic stretching, resistance bands, and foam rolling, you’ll build stronger, more mobile shoulders that feel amazing. Your shoulders will thank you!

Active RecoveryOffered at South Only

A one-hour session focused on fascia and muscle release, nerve glides, and mobility work to support your movement journey. This class helps reset your body between workouts so you feel even better going into your next class. While some active stretching is included, this is not a passive stretching class. All levels and bodies welcome!

Back & Shoulder FlexibilityOffered at South Only

Improve your backbends and shoulder mobility with a focus on core activation, breathwork, and controlled movement. Learn poses like wheel, scorpion, and back walkovers to help open your back and shoulders while overcoming mental barriers. Contraindications: Spinal injuries or conditions such as scoliosis or herniation.

Spreadies (Splits & Mobility)Offered at Kingsway & South

No pre-requisites required—all strength and flexibility levels welcome! Spreadies is the perfect way to increase flexibility, mobility, and reduce the risk of injury in your aerial journey. This class blends mobility drills, strength training, and deep, yin-inspired stretching to help you unlock your splits safely and effectively. If getting your splits is on your goals list, this is the class for you!

Sexy n Flexy Offered at Kingsway & South

NEW! Flexibility with a Touch of Sexy!
Looking to spice up your stretch routine? Each week, we’ll alternate between front and middle splits, incorporating glute activation to keep those hip flexors juicy and strong! This is the perfect class for split lovers or anyone wanting to finally achieve their splits. No prerequisites—just bring your body and your vibe!
