Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout which incorporates many fitness elements into one class. Barre combines the best of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga to give you a full body workout. Barre engages muscles you don’t normally target—ones deep inside your body that you support major muscle groups, and will improve your balance, posture, muscle control, strength and flexibility.
Every class follows 3 basic principles of isometric work, isolation mobility and full body movement. Options to increase or decrease intensity will always be given so you can feel strong and confident through each class.
No ballet experience required!
Barefoot or socks is all that is required.
