Erica and Adam are here to teach FOUNDATIONAL Acro-Yoga. Each class will be a progression of the next, starting off with the basics of Acro-Yoga, calibrating with your partner and simple flows to piece movements together. You will be working in groups of three, with one person spotting, one person flying and one as a base. Rotation of these positions is encouraged! THERE IS NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We welcome all ages, sizes and genders in this class.
