Acro Yoga blends yoga, partner acrobatics, and Thai massage techniques, creating a unique practice that enhances strength, balance, and trust between partners. Whether you’re brand new, or looking to refine your foundation, this class is designed to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered.

What to Expect:

🤸 Foundational Poses & Transitions – Learn essential Acro Yoga positions in Level 1, including basic balances, poses, and smooth transitions. In level 2, expand upon the foundations of acro yoga, exploring transitions between poses and intricate postures. 
🤝 Trust & Communication – Develop clear communication skills that build confidence between partners and enhance teamwork.
🔹 Basing, Flying & Spotting – Experience all three roles —whether you’re lifting, flying, or ensuring safety, each role is essential!
🧘 Strength & Flexibility – Improve your body awareness, coordination, and mobility while having fun.
💡 Safety First! – Learn proper spotting techniques and alignment cues to ensure a safe and enjoyable practice.
