Aerial Hammock: Stretch & Conditioning – Offered at South

A low-stress, assisted stretching class designed to help you build foundational aerial conditioning strength while increasing flexibility. Using the hammock for support, you’ll work on deep stretches, mobility drills, and strength-building exercises to improve overall movement quality. No prerequisites required! We recommend wearing full torso and leg coverage to avoid silk burns. Please remove all hand and wrist jewelry before class.

Aerial Yoga: Stretch & Flow – Fridays at 6 PM at South

Discover the beauty of aerial yoga with low slings designed to enhance your stretch. This one-hour class invites you to flow through gentle sequences and deep, therapeutic stretches while allowing your body to decompress and release tension. The hammock supports your weight, helping you sink deeper into poses while improving spinal alignment and flexibility. Perfect for all levels, this class blends relaxation and rejuvenation for a light, lengthened, and refreshed feel.

Aerial Pilates: Core Strength & Flexibility – Fridays at 7 PM at South

Take your core training to new heights! This class combines elements of aerial Pilates and flexibility work, using the hammock for support and resistance. Strengthen your core, improve stability, and enhance flexibility through controlled movements and breathwork. Whether you’re a Pilates enthusiast or new to aerial fitness, this class is a fantastic way to build strength while staying fluid and mobile.

How to Book Your Aerial Class

The best way to register is through the Groovio app!

If you absolutely detest downloading apps, you can visit our scheduling software: Groovio student website here
Ensure you’re in the correct location, click “Book Now” and search for the class, or click on the date of the class to register!
Please note that the app is more user-friendly than the website, with options to fill out the waiver form directly on there, direct chat with admin, chats with the classes you are registered in, and the ability to check out upcoming 6-week and single session classes.
