This class is designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and confidence, with a sultry twist! Each week, we’ll alternate between front and middle splits, incorporating targeted glute exercises to help open up those hip flexors and deepen your range of motion. Whether you’re already a splits lover or working toward your flexibility goals, this class will support your journey.

No prior experience is needed—all strength and flexibility levels are welcome!

Please note that the app is more user-friendly than the website, with options to fill out the waiver form directly on there, direct chat with admin, chats with the classes you are registered in, and the ability to check out upcoming 6-week and single session classes.
If you are planning on taking multiple classes, we recommend making yourself comfortable with the app, and all of the amazing features it has combined with our Aradia programming.
