Lifting 101 is the perfect class for beginners looking to gain confidence in the gym while learning proper strength training techniques. Whether you’re completely new to weightlifting or just need a refresher, this class will help you develop a solid foundation in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Learn

Fundamental Lifts & Proper Form – Learn key exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows.

What to Bring

Workout Clothes – Wear comfortable, breathable activewear

Running Shoes – Supportive sneakers are essential for safe movement.

Water Bottle – Stay hydrated throughout your workout.

Class schedule:

If downloading apps isn’t your thing, you can still register for classes through our Groovio student website here. Just make sure you’re selecting the correct location, then click “Book Now” to find your class or register by selecting the date.

While the website works great, we highly recommend using the Groovio app for a smoother experience. The app allows you to easily fill out waiver forms, chat with admin, connect with fellow students in your registered classes, and explore upcoming single-session and 6-week series options.

If you’re planning to take multiple classes, getting familiar with the app will make booking and managing your schedule even easier. Plus, our front desk team is happy to help! If you have any questions or need guidance, just ask when you’re at the studio.
