Class Schedule – Whyte Ave
How do I register for classes?
Each level is 6 weeks long, one hour per week, and is $150 for the entire session. If you have never taken a class before, you must start at Pole 101. When you register for a 6-week session, you are committing to that full session. In pole fitness, each class is a progression of the next – which means that you are unable to transfer between various Pole 101 sessions. Please find session 1 of 6, this will be the first class start date. Enjoy!
If you cancel within 48 hours of your first class, you will receive NO refund.
If you cancel within 2-6 days of your first class, you will be fully refunded minus a $20.00 administration fee.
If you cancel with more than 7 days notice of your first class, you will be fully refunded

Thursday starting October 4th from 5:00pm-6:00pm
Friday starting October 5th from 12:00pm-1:00pm
Sunday starting October 7th at 3:15pm-4:15pm (FULL)
Thursday starting October 11th from 11:00am-12:00pm
Monday starting October 22nd from 1:00pm-2:00pm
Sunday starting October 28th from 10:00am-11:00am
Sunday starting October 28th from 7:30pm-8:30pm
Tuesday starting November 20th from 7:00pm-8:00pm
Wednesday starting November 21st from 7:00pm-8:00pm
Sunday starting December 16th from 6:30pm-7:30pm
Sunday starting December 16th from 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Our studio is located on the second floor, in between Fresties and the Hexagon boardgame cafe. There is metered parking right in front of the building
