Aradia™ Fitness Pole Dancing and Sensual Movement Classes for Fitness
From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel welcomed. We will start slow, teaching you the basics as you build up strength and confidence. Before you know it, you’ll be challenging yourself to try moves and spins you never thought you’d be able to do! Classes are light-hearted, warm and full of laughter.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your first class, you will receive NO refund.
If you cancel within 2-6 days of your first class, you will be fully refunded minus a $20.00 administration fee.
If you cancel with more than 7 days notice of your first class, you will be fully refunded.
Pole Dancing Sessions
Pre-registration is required for all classes.
This is where you’ll start – our first level and introduction to Pole Fitness Classes! The foundation of all our classes and the perfect introduction to pole dancing and sensual movement for fitness! We will introduce to the perfect mix of sensual movement and pole work, transforming the body and mind. You will be warmed up with a Pilates-based floor workout – teaching you moves that you can also use at home to strengthen for the pole! We will teach you a pole routine that includes spins, transitions, and strength holds! There is no pre-requisite for this class, and it is open to all fitness abilities! Wear comfortable workout clothing, and no footwear is required as we dance barefoot.
Become even more addicted to Pole Fitness – walk tall and proud as you enter the Beginner Pole level! Taking our foundational moves from Pole 101 to a whole new level. We will build upon moves we have learned, and incorporate new spins and holds – increasing our body strength and empowering our spirit. You will work with your instructor to ensure that you have learned and accomplished all of the spins throughout the beginner level, and are ready for intermediate (lots of upside down and climbing!)Pre-requisite to this class is Pole 101. (From previous Aradia format, this includes levels 1-3).
There’s no stopping you now! Once you’ve been given the go-ahead from your instructor from the beginner level, pop on over to Intermediate Pole! This level focuses on strength! We will be working on proper technique and safety for inverting, climbing, and new challenging spins! Beginner Pole is the pre-requisite for this class. (From previous Aradia format, this includes levels 4-6).
Show me your tricks! Now that you’ve gained incredible strength from the intermediate level, you’re ready to learn even more tricks! Intermediate Pole is the pre-requisite for this class. (From previous Aradia format, this includes levels 6-8).
Expert Series Fundamentals
Once you’ve completed Advanced Pole 2– come on in to our Expert Series Fundamentals. You’ve taken off the training wheels completely and we now fully trust that you are confident in your pole technique, and are knowledgeable as to when you’ll require spotting from an instructor or classmate. In the fundamental series, you will be learning Ayesha, Brass Monkey, Superman, Leg Hangs, Hip Hold variations, Jagged Edge, and Cupid
This is the level that never ends! Pole Fitness is an ever-expanding and dynamic sport, with new tricks coming out everyday! Each instructor has their OWN expert series. Please read the description of each to see which series you are interested in working on next.
Pre-registration is required for all classes
Flexibility & Strength: This class is designed to improve flexibility and strength through range of motion. The focus will be on back, shoulders, and splits to prepare for the advanced pole tricks. There is no pre-requisite for this class – it’s for anybody looking to get bendy! Free with membership!
Pole Circuit Boot Camp: This boot camp class will take you through a circuit of cardio, resistance training, and pole strength moves. Designed to kick your butt into maximum gear, and give you a fantastic workout! Alongside strengthening for that pole! Pre-requisite is Intermediate Pole, or have completed Beginner Pole. Free with membership! Make sure to bring a water bottle and running shoes.
Booty and Body Shaper Class: This class includes a variety of cardio & strength building fitness classes to increase your cardio, sculpt, tone & define muscles, improve flexibility, tighten & strengthen abs, improve posture, help relieve stress and much more. Bring a water bottle, running shoes, and workout clothing. No Pre-requisite for this class. Free with membership!
Aerial Yoga: Aerial Yoga combines acrobatic arts with anti-gravity yoga! Using Cirque Du Soleil style silks suspended from the ceiling in a hammock form, you will find many physical benefits ranging from spinal decompression, pain relief, and finding better alignment in many current yoga poses.
